On a typical morning after I wake up, I ask myself Who I am? What do I want? And, is that in harmony with who I really am? If it is, how can I get inspired?

What are the actions today which will help me to reach the milestones, I need to surpass, to accomplish my vision?
When I have a plan, I can act upon it and moreover, have the basis to be persistent and more focused.
At the end of the day, I can check my plan and see how I progressed and decide what’s next.

My vision is to help other people to be similarly Empowered and Fulfilled.

What this means, is that you will have very clear stated values and objectives, get inspired and act consistently to achieve one goal after another.
Step by step, the feeling about what it means to be empowered, as a leader of your own life, will develop to become part of who you are.
The rest is just a question of time.

Because you have a clear and compelling objective, you have a strong desire to achieve.
The only thoughts that matter are the ones leading you to the results that you want.
There maybe people pointing out reasons why they think you will not succeed, but because you are focused, you come back to your plan and continue working with diligence.

There is no relationship between positive states and reaching a certain milestone.
Understand that the game of achievement is one you must play with integrity and honesty.
The fact that you have not yet reached a certain point, does not mean that you cannot be happy, enjoy your self, or love your family, partner, friends, clients and customers, right now.

My uniqueness

If you are looking for a Life or a Business coach, what I believe makes a good choice is someone with experience, actions and results. But you must also take into consideration chemistry and connection.

I am a formal leader since 1994. I have led people to implement grand projects in the Port of Constanta, in Romania. I have led people and implemented IT systems projects worth of millions, in the High Tech industry of telecommunication.

I have worked as a consultant in the software industry at Microsoft Corporation.
There, I also led and created an environment to get people inspired, and deliver new projects and services.

As a salesman I increased sales from hundreds of thousands to millions.

In one simple sentence what this means is I can turn my visions into plans and then by executing each task in a persistent way, I can achieve what I want. Because of my expertise and proven behaviors I can understand and assist you in fulfilling your dreams and objectives in the same way.
