O onoare sa lucrez cu Ioan

Povestea intalnirii mele cu Coach Ioan este una pe cat de atipica la inceput, pe atat de frumoasa si productiva. Aveam nevoie de un coach…navighez pe net sa aflu mai multe informatii, aflu ca exista o federatie, tastez apoi pe Google “lista coach icf” ca doar vreau ce e mai bun…, ajung la www.coachfederation.ro/index.php/cauti-un-coach/ – buna idee: mi se confirma si ulterior cand o cunostinta mi-a sugerat acelasi lucru… E o lista cu multe nume, hotarasc sa ma orientez spre cineva care are un site – vreau sa-l cunosc inainte de a ne cunoaste. Eu vreau executive coach asadar sunt vreo 4 nume. Intru pe site-ul fiecaruia. La final nu mi-e greu sa aleg: Ioan Nicut. De ce? Pentru ca „frunzarindu-i” site-ul citesc povesti de coaching, pentru ca sunt asaltata de intrebari: „Vrei sa afli…?”, „Vrei sa vezi…?”, „ Vrei sa te simti…?”, „Vrei sa incerci…?”, „Vrei solutii?”… VREAU! Plus COACH-ul imi vorbeste direct, empatic si cu incredere. Pe langa toate astea vad o pata de culoare a lui Mihai Banutoiu al carui motto este „Ne vedem in varf” – ce sa cer mai mult? Preiau de la Ioan acea incredere mentionata mai sus caci acum vine partea cea mai grea: vreau rezultate rapide pentru proiectul meu dar nu stiu exact ce vreau – taman ce nu-i place unui coach. Oricum il abordez, stabilim o intalnire, totul se clarifica ( inclusiv „durerea” financiara), incepem sedintele…Ei, acum il cunosc…Un om generos, elegant, atent la detalii, amuzant, energic, abundand de optimism incat ma molipseste. Minunat este amestecul de maturitate si de inocenta copilareasca: placerea de a surprinde si de a se lasa surprins. Lucrurile merg ca pe roate…iar la final am raspunsuri, am rezultate. Am si bonus: un zambet larg in inima reflectat si pe fata! Multumesc Coach Ioan!

1. Care sunt cele mai mari trei beneficii pe care le-ai obtinut din investitia ta in coaching?

• Introspectie, imagine clara a ceea ce sunt si ceea ce voi (putea) deveni
• Descoperire resurse interne, puse la lucru (cu metode clare)
• Inlaturare bariere (paradigm shift)

2. Cum ti-a imbunatatit coaching-ul viata si afacerea in ultimile 6 luni?

A fost unul din factorii importanti in a evita impactul negativ al recesiunii in afacerea mea – in acest moment aproape ca nu fac fata solicitarilor. In viata personala mi-a redeschis ochii asupra unor valori care incepeau sa se estompeze. In ansamblu, a reconfirmat ierarhia valorilor personale si mi-a dat cateva instrumente suplimentare de auto-imbunatatire.

3. Cat ai castigat in plus si / sau care a fost cel mai mare beneficiu pe care l-ai obtinut in baza relatiei tale de coaching?

• Varianta metaforic-neconventionala – a fost un sut in fund transformat intr-un pas inainte.
• Varianta “safe”: A deschis porti care nici nu banuiam cat erau de inchise. Si mi-a lasat cheile.

4. Care este acea mare problema pe care ai eliminat-o prin intermediul investitiei tale in coaching?

Reasezarea pe baze corecte a relatiei mele cu clientii; curajul de a ma pune in lumina reala, conforma cu beneficiile pe care le pot oferi si de a cere ceea ce mi se cuvine, intr-o formula win-win.

5. Ce recomandare ai face altor oameni care se gandesc sa investeasca intr-o relatie de coaching?

Sa fie complet deschisi, mai ales schimbarilor, pentru a avea acel ROI pe care si-l doresc.

Stiu ce am de facut mai departe

O prima ora de coaching cu Ioan si deja simteam ca imi sta in putere sa fac multe. Mi-a dat incredere in mine si viziune asupra ceea ce poate imi era greu sa imaginez si sa vizualizez datorita unor limitari, cum spune chiar el, datorita “unor canoane sociale”. M-a ajutat sa inteleg ca “I can always break the rules, and do things my way”. Stiu ce am de facut mai departe si discutia cu el m-a ajutat sa inteleg ca trebuie sa actionez mai intai de toate si abia apoi sa vad ce este bine si ce nu, ca trebuie sa imi permit sa gresesc ca sa pot sa cresc. Cand va stabiliti obiectivele, fiti cat mai ambitiosi

Relatia cu partenera mea de afaceri s-a imbunatatit, devenind o relatie bazata pe totala incredere, complementaritate. Nu in ultimul rand, este o relatie de care amandoua suntem mandre.

Coachingul a coincis cu o perioada de criza personala (suprapusa peste criza economica) pe care nu numai ca am traversat-o mai usor, dar am descoperit resurse noi, unghiuri de vedere inedite si am introdus umorul si imaginea ca instrumente de lucru puternice.

Cand va stabiliti obiectivele, fiti cat mai ambitiosi: daca iti propui sa urci pana la etajul 20 al unui zgarie-nori cu 50 de etaje, unde mai e provocarea si fun-ul? Tinta trebuie sa fie etajul 50, sau chiar 51! Da, e posibil sa nu urcati pana la urma decat pana la 42, dar imaginati-va unde ati fi ajuns cu tinta etajul 20! De fapt, doi oameni trag pentru unul singur cand faci coaching – deci, daca nu esti dezlantuit acum, atunci cand? Imagineaza-ti tot ce ai putea realiza in viata daca ai avea mereu un ascultator devotat cu puterea si priceperea coach-ului tau!!

„Incercati! Faceti un buget, setati niste asteptari.”

Tarifele orare pot parea mari la inceput pentru un om neobisnuit sa cheltuiasca 2000 de euro, intr-o perioada relativ scurta, pentru activitati care nu tin de masina sau de amenajarea casei, cel putin pentru Romania. Si este in regula sa fie asa, doar ca perioada pentru care o faci poate fi de maine pentru tot restul vietii… in cazul asta parca nu pare o suma mare; s-ar putea sa fie chiar the “deal of your life.”
