Structure of the coaching engagements
Individual Coaching

  1. In the first session would start with what coaching is, what it is not, the difference between coaching and therapy, coaching and consulting.
  2. To bottom line it, the coach is there to ask questions that challenge the client to seek and find their own solutions. If you are here and expect me to tell you what to do, that is not the coaching I can provide.
  3. Now speaking of coaching if I deliver to an individual, no matter you are from a corporation or you are an entrepreneur or artist, executive, salesman and you want it for yourself you start set yourself objectives.
  4. We parse them together and see how compelling they are and how they are formatted for you. If they are fine you will just go for your goals.
  5. I am with you, walking besides you, witnessing you and when you are on the your journey to what you want.
  6. The session starts by you, the client, what she/he wants out of the coaching relationship at the end of the session. Another approach is when thinks are not very clear for you, the client, by stating your problem. I will shift your perspective to an outcome mindset by asking you questions …
  7. During the coaching, you get aware of new strategies, things, actions that can happen into in your life or business.
  8. There is action between sessions, new actions, that change present behaviors with new behaviors. Guess what, the new behaviors lead you to new Results. That leads you to achieving the objectives. The objectives you have agreed you want to achieve as a result of the coaching relationship.

Corporate Approach

  1. Coach and sponsor identify if there is a need for coaching and what is the aim of the corporation. If there is an aim and need for coaching next level is to evaluate the impact of achieving the objective.
  2. With the objective in mind the sponsor seeks stakeholders interested into the change that leads to the outcome of reaching the objective. If the company chooses  to move forward and implement the change, next thing is to identify the area(s) of change and impact.
  3. With the area of change, influence and impact in mind stakeholders decide the individuals who are going to get coached and what is the agenda that leads to achieve the central objective and outcome.
  4. The rest is just individual coaching. Delivery and change starts here. Results appear here.
  5. What’s completely different with corporations is that the agenda comes from the paying party. The paying party agrees with the coach to coach the clients to reach a certain objective.
  6. The relationship between the parties (paying party, coach and client) is designed before. That is the relationship between the coach and client — the coachee is hold absolutely confidential, unless the coach and the coachee both agree to report some of the progress, actions, results to some parties.

Individual and Team Diagnosis

Each individual responds in certain situation with one of four possible behavior types. The Diagnosis measures the response of each individual and positions it within the typical process or project delivery. The diagnosis reveals how the individual acts when a specific behavior is appropriate. If you just sum up the behaviors of each individual consisting the team that leads to a holistic image. As a leader you got the whole integrated picture of how your team is performing. We can use that diagnosis as a starting point of where you want to head as a team. We use executive coaching to assist you build what you want to achieve.
